This weeks $496 Qantas meal

Well, Qantas have been busy in the catering department. It would appear that they have found a use for the Halal Salsa from last week but the quantity of food is slipping back again, 5 wafers this time.

The beverage of choice was the St. Hallett Shiraz Grenache. I wonder if Dan Murphy also has it on special?

The best part this week is the promo line on the box “Take you pleasure seriously” and for those who are interested,  you can become a fan of Charlie’s Cookies on Facebook

I wonder what delights will greet me next week?

Qantas CBR – MEL $496 meal

This weeks special, and I must say they have been very generous in comparison to the previous weeks on the volume front!

Hand full of nibble mix, 2 shortbread cookies (I thought USA!) a few crispbread wafers and some tomato salsa (halal). I am a little unsure what the halal salsa is for!

And a complementary beer, wine or soft drink……

CBR – MEL Full fare 5PM Friday (nothing else available three weeks out)

• 3 biscuits
• 2 olives
• 1 piece of pressed (reconstituted) chicken

Soft drink, beer or wine.
